With over 20+ years of extensive professional experience, He possess a deep understanding of various aspects of ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) operations, including quality management, process improvement, analytics and workforce planning.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has played integral roles in some of the world’s foremost organizations, including HSBC, Dell International Services, and Genpact India. This experience has equipped him with a wealth of industry knowledge, allowing him to excel in diverse areas of ITES.
